Im in the UK how do i ship my xbox?

i've so far sorted everything out online, my xbox got the RROD and im covered by warranty. I really really want this fixed but i totally dont understand the shipping instructions. i got the first email describing 2 different shipping methods, The electronic label and the paper label. I have no problem packing my xbox i have a box etc but dont know what i do, from what i could understand i can get a UPS guy to come out and bring the labels i need and then take the box? i dont understand the electronic label i know i print it myself but then what, do i post it? can someone please tell me what i need to do because i really want this fixed
ok i understand the ways i can ship it now but how can i get a paper label, if i dont print it myselh how do i get UPS to bring the label, do i just need to ring them or what?

If you choose the electronic label another e-mail will be sent with an address and barcode which is just a case of printing it out and sticking it to the box then arrange a time for UPS to collect it, this is also done by e-mail all instructions will be included

The paper label is easiest as the UPS courier will bring them and stick them on the box at the door

If you choose paper label the UPS courier will bring them, it's automatic, nothing else needs to be done

Just found drugs in my sons dresser?

I found a zip lock baggy with what looks like a good amount of marijuana, an electronic scale, $900 in cash and a 125 pack of small plastic baggies usually used for buttons in my 18 year old son's dresser. I also found an extremely dirty pipe, two cartons of cigarettes (Marlboro Reds) and a pill with the McDonalds logo on it along with 8 pills with M367 printed on the side (what could these be??). My son's a straight A student and is going to college next year, should I confront him about this or let him be? He has a healthy social life and great grades.

Hydrocodone, or Vicodin, is the M367 pill.
The ones with and "M" on them sound like Oxycodone.
