How do you contact Shaw Cable head office?

We have be hassled for 4 years where we live by having cable people come out and check out place to see if they can charge us a second cable amount because the previous owners used the downstairs as a separate suite. THought repeatedly we have allowed them to come over AND we showed them the lease so they knew we rented the WHOLE house THIS time some guy comes over and says he was there to fix our cable (we were having problems) but really he was there to audit us! and he turned around and said its a separate suite. I told him to get ouff our property or I will call the police.

I need to contact someone that is head up to have this resolved. Im not into going Satellite.
I said HEAD OFFICE not customer care.

How do I attach a pin or head to a bare cat5 cable?

I have a ton of cat5 cables coming out of the walls of our house, but they don't have anything on the end for which to attach them to something. How do i put a pin or head on the end to make it usable?

Arrgh!! You don't put plugs on the ends of cables coming out of walls! You put in jacks!

Terminate the cables on jacks: http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?cat_id=429&sku=03791&relatedItem=true snap onto the plates and mount on the wall for a clean installation.

The brackets, plates, and jacks should all be available locally at most any hardware store with an electrical/telephone section.
