Holding Forceps

I need advice will you help me?

My daughter is 7 months old and she isn't crawling, or sitting up on her own I have to sit her up and she can sit there, she holds her bottle, she rolls over when she wants to I have seen her do it a few times but not much. I can't get her to stand up on her legs at all, when I hold her up and try to get her to stand she folds her legs up and crosses them and wont put them down. Is something wrong with her? My sister said something about Cerebal Palsy, she said it is more likely with babies that are pulled out by forceps? I need advice. Is my daughter normal or do you think something is wrong with her?

At 7 months I would not worry, those developmental charts can drive a mom crazy. Rolling over is good at 7m. If she is not sitting up by her 9 month check up, bring it up to her Pediatrician. But your daughter sounds just fine to me.

Trust me, she does not have CP
My daughter did the same thing with the leg crossing until recently, she stopped at about 14 months
