After shutting it down, my computer will not turn back on. A green light on the outside of the power suppy turns on once plugged in however my computer will not turn on. There is no exterior switch for the PSU so maybe there is one inside? Thanks

A real electrician would tell you to hire an electrician.

For one thing your'e going to have to get a permit. Then you have to follow the electrical code. Because when you get inspected by the building/electrical inspector he/she will have to pass the installation.

Now you have to use a 240 VAC lighting system, 4 gauge AWG wire will provide less than the 5% voltage drop recquired by the NEC.

There is alot more involved than just getting the gauge of the wire. Like how are you going to run that wire 800ft? You might need more permits.
