ate partially uncooked egg, how worried should I be?

I was making a cup of noodles. I cracked an egg into a cup with water and put it in the micro, when I heard popping sounds I was like, oh crap, and pulled it out. i looked inside, and the egg was sitting at the bottom, and looked cooked. i pulled it out with a fork and laid it on top of my soup. later as I began eating, I realized Only half of the egg was cooked; some of the white was still a little runny on the underside, and while half the egg yolk was perfectly cooked, the other half was still runny.

Most likey the egg got hot enough to fully heat through.. so, you can relax.. you should be perfectly fine!

why did the Styrofoam cup contain more heat in it's water?

i did an experiment by adding 1 cup of room temperature water to a styrofoam cup,plastic,and glass cup. I micro waved them each for one minute. the styrofoam cup had the highest temperature. why is that?

i need this for my project that's due in 3 days and i've barely started.

It is just the simple matter of losing heat after microwaving. The styrofoam cup is a better insulator and does not lose heat as rapidly.
