What was this toy called? It's similar to a Lite Brite?

What was the name of the toy that I had in the early 1980's that was similar to a Lite Brite, but it didn't use removable color pegs. Instead it had a black plastic screen with smaller holes that you pushed in to let the light shine through. You used tools with little pins on them to push in the screen holes. Some tools were stamps; a star and square. Also there was a tool that looked like a pizza cutter that made straight lines.

I had that toy as a kid. I'm not sure what it is called but the 1st thing that pops into my head is "Lites Alive"? Lights Alive? Don't know how it is spelled. Maybe this is it I don't know.
