SLOW Windows Startup...need help.?

I own a Dell Dimension E510 which starts very slowly. I would say it takes about
5-7 minutes to load everything.
I am guessing besides the fact that I need more RAM, it could be my Start Up Programs?
Any ideas as to what Programs I could remove? Anything else I can do to have my system logon quicker?

i have a canon powershot sd1100 IS digital elph 8.0 mega pixels
i can only hold a few photos.sometimes 12 sometimes 30..well u know wut i mean.it changes the amount it can hold. but the most it has held is about 30.any way of making it hold more photos without getting a different memory card?
my memory card says 'SD memory card SDC-32M'
wuts that mean?
