Toshiba TV will not show any image. What's wrong?

Wanted to know if anyone could help me here. My Toshiba TV is not showing any image, but the sound is fine. The lamp is not the problem because I've replaced it twice and nothing. The TV will turn on and off and the sound is fine but the there is no image. Any help? Thank you very much.

Sounds like it will be cheaper to replace it than to fix it.....Try this. My Sony quit working so I called Sony. They told me to completely unplug the set from the wall for an hour or two....something electronic sometimes resets itself. If not, I understand there are good buys at Circuit City.
