What disease do I have? Stomach issues?

I know I have something major, this is not simple acid indigestion or bloating. I originally thought I had IBS, but since feb. it got worse. I woke up with a burning stomach and it was bunching up and cramping. I dont have diarrhea that much but soft stools. I used to have the runs all the time for years. Food aggravates my intestines or stomach. Not eating feels better. Im on acid reducers but I lost my health insurance. I dont want an endoscopy is there another alternative form? How long can I safely wait to be seen? I have been having stomach inflammation after I eat off and on for weeks. I eat less now.. I feel pointed pains at times behind ribs and lower left side, , hard stomach, protruding stomach, a lot of pressure, its scary. Its not going away or going into remission. What the HELL do I have and Im so sick of having it. Im afraid to hear I have something awful like cancer. I fear the endoscope, can I have xrays and other tests instead? What does this sound like to you?

a food allergy test would be a really good idea. You must not assume you have cancer. It is also possible that you have intestinal parasites, do you have problems sleeping? as this is also one of the symptoms. I am sorry you seem so stressed please try and stay calm. I think this needs to be investigated further and do as many tests as you can. Do not fear help. This should be piority in your life soring out this problem. Do not eat food with additives and e numbers. Eat simply, wholegrains, fruit and veg, lean meat, nothing to heavy to fatty. There are many things it could be not just cancer. Please seek help and talk to a trusted friend or family memeber ask them to go with you.

If your stool is black you might have a bleeding ulcer. If it is an ulcer, its location can decide whether eating or not eating will make it better or worse. I had some of the same symptoms to a much lesser degree about 6 months ago. Seriously, if it is as bad as you make it sound, every minute that you wait to get some serious medical attention makes your situation worse. You should never put off dealing with head or stomach issues.
