Medical physics light?

I am having difficulting getting this question. My answers always show 0.04 of 99.96%. I am going wrong somewhere. Any help would be great. And best mark awarded. Thanks in advanced

Using the following equations, Refl/Total = (n1 - n2)^2 / (n1 + n2)^2
Trans/Total = 100% - Refl/Total ; where Total is the total light incident on an interface, Refl is the light reflected and Trans is the light transmitted via refraction, choose the most appropriate answer for the following problem.
