Is there a thermal camera that can be mounted onto a r/c helicopter and can submit live video?

The Raz-IR is the smallest IR cameras on the market. However, real-time video would be impossible without significant modifications. The camera itself will be pushing the limits of what most RC helicopters can safely carry (without modification).

Smaller cameras are available for night vision applications. If you know a little about circuitry, they can modified to function similar to thermal imaging cameras. The night vision cameras are a lot smaller as well.

Ok so i ordered a ps3 on ebay it has no video but audio and the seller said that it was opened and they never got it fixed so how can i fix.

I heard so things like re flowing the gpu and apply thermal paste but i havent tried that yet.

it could be something a stupid as they put the video mode to hdmi and then used av cables to test it, and since the video is set to hdmi nothing will display. If this is the case, when you get it plug it in and hold the power button for 6 seconds until it beeps and it will set it back to default
