Ipod usb connection car head unit with video?

I am looking for a head unit for my new car that will connect to my ipod via usb to charge it, and work my ipod through the head unit. Here is the hard part. I would like the cd player to be a flip down and or detachable, plus have a small 3 inch screen on the face itself. Any on the ball answer will get a best answer as soon as allowed.
