How do I fix iTunes error 5002?
Does anyone know how to fix iTunes error 5002? It occurs after I click the Buy button, saying:
Could not purchase "(item name)". An unknown error occured (5002)
There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later.
I'm using one click buying, Windows Vista.
I've tried switching to shopping cart, then switching back, and I've also tried changing the computer name. So far, nothing works. I'm extremely frustrated.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
i'm getting the same thing here i didn't do anything different today. my norton360 just expired today. don't know if itunes is having problems or if my norton isn't allowing online purchases without renewal.

Laptop Hard drive comparison?
Im about to purchase a Dell laptop (no seriously Im one step away from clicking add to cart) but the question I have is about the Hard Drive. Im trying to compare these two harddrives which one is better when running Vista, a 3gb RAM and 256MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600M GT video card?
The two Hard Drive Options are:
160GB 7200rpm SATA Hard Drive Free Fall Sensor
250GB 5400rpm SATA Hard Drive
I do realize that the faster the hardrive the qucker the programs, but the irony is that the higher GB is at a lower speed.
Bryan, not alot of graphic Intensive programs at all. I do plan on alot of downloads like games and Movies and such.
well thats the thing RURU I want both at least untill I upgrade which I plan on doing in about 7-8 years (maybe sooner)
It all depends on what you are doing. Are you running any graphic intensive-process intensive programs?
Or are you using it for mostly storage? I need more specifics.
Ohhh yeah. Get the bigger storage, and actually, for a system like yours, a large screen. (my lappy is 17 1/2 wide)
and get utorrent... way better than bittorrent.
