What should I use to record off the TV?

Currently i have a camera that lets me hook up my camera to any game console and then to my TV via Video In and Out Cables, however recently the video quality is terrible. I am aware of the fact that my TV will have bad quality while the cables are in, but the video that the camera records... it just plain sucks. The camera is an 8MegaPixel camera, ive tried changing from VGA to QVGA and when i go the the MP selection menu, its got 1, 3, 5, 8 and VGA. And when i go to the TV-Out section, its got NTSC (i think thats it) and PAL. When i go to PAL the entire thing spases out and i i try and record it pretty mutch crashes the camera, its very hard to get it to NTSC again. I know thats alot but any help wil lbe greatly appreicated.

At first this unit was not working right b/c the manual was not very accurate.
But eventually I got it working with Static IP. For the Dynamic IP, it only accepts the built in option which not an accessible site, I will recommend to change it to DynDns.org. This protocol is used buy a lot of people in the USA. And it will be very good sellable point.
I like the real-time images, clarity is phenomenal.
I will buy it again.
If you have static IP this is a good option.

This unit works well, you just need to install your own hard disk in one of the bays. Nice and easy firm-ware to use.
