Whatever you get make sure it's a good name brand, nothing is worse than people saving $50 on a power supply just to have the PC restart randomly and not know why.

I've had good luck with Thermaltake. I have a TR2-430W running a overclocked core 2 duo, ati x1950 and 5 hard drives totaling 2 terabytes and I haven't had a problem in over a year.

Oh and make sure you get one with a lot of amps on the 5v and 12v rail. Cheap PSUs will skimp on those two and put everything on the 3.3 rail. This Thermaltake has 30a on the +5v and 18v on the +12v which is pretty good compared to other PSUs I read.
