Toshiba Image Master

I need to repair a MBR on Windows XP Home, but I don't have a Windows disk.?

As I said, I need to completely restore the master boot record on my laptop. From scratch, not from a backup or anything like that. Additionally, Toshiba deigned that I should only ever need their recovery disk which attempts to write/re-write an image onto the hard drive. This does not work because the MBR is corrupted and apparently I can only access the Windows XP Recovery Console using the OS disk, which never came with the laptop. Is there any other way to resolve this or get access to the Recovery Console without a OS disk. I need options as quickly as I can get them. Thank you all in advance.
