Conceiving after laser Micro Surgery for Endo?

My DH & I have been ttc for nearly 2 1/2 years now. HSG & Semen Analysis done (last year) everything was fine. Had Laporoscopy done in Jan of this year, determined I had Endo. In June of this year, I had Laser Micro Surgery to laser Endo. I am now healed and feeling great. I have had two cycles since the surgery with no problems, did notice that I was ovulating, just could not BD due to the healing process.

Have any of you conceived after this type of surgery? What are my best chances of conceiving? (6 months - year?)

First you have to make sure that you do really ovulate. Monitoring (sono) at doc office is the best way to make sure if your follicles realy break.
I have severe endo. Had 3 operation (2 laparoscopies, 1 laparotomy). tryed to conceived for 3 years, no luck. In the mean time endo attacked my fallopian tubes (got hydrosalpinx . Had to remove the tubes. Now only chance for me is in vitro. Tryed 1 cycle, no luck.
I have many friends with endo (I-II stage) after Lupron therapy + surgery (or surgery alone) they got pregnant. The doc may put you on Lupron for endo. But latest statistics shows there is no improvement in pregnancy rates after Lupron therapy.
I would try for 6-12 months since your tubes are open and the semen analysis is ok.

MICRO ENDOSCOPIC DISCECTOMY

Implantation Cramping/Bleeding? your thoughts..?

My DH & I have been ttc#2 for nearly 3 years now! I had micro surgery in June for Endo and my doc advised we could begin trying this month. We BD every other day during fertile period. My breasts have begun to be sore last night, today I had light pinkish bleeding/spotting and cramping. (Implantation?) Today would be 9dpo. Period is not due until Wednesday of next week. I also have noticed a slight temp (98.9).
But, I did have the flu shot today.

Could this FINALLY be our month? Any thoughts?

I AM NOT testing until late AF, as I have been let down many times before.

sounds like this month could be your month! My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know both of us have been trying for quite some time. I actually did get pregnant in May but later miscarried around 5.5 weeks. Still trying now and did an IUI this month. This will be our last month trying with meds, too expensive and insurance pays nothing.
